Steve Baxter finished around the top of his class at Richardson HS in 1970, subsequent to having been selected as Junior Class President, the Junior Class Favorite, the Senior Class President as well as Mr. RHS.
Steve completed Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1974 with a 3.7 GPA . He was selected for the Dean’s List semesters and majored in History with minors in Philosophy and Greek. Steve was President of Friday Evening Tape Class.
Steve somehow managed to survive the two real estate crashes which removed many investors out of the business: namely the late 80's S&L banking crash and real estate depression, and, the 2008 subprime debacle.

Steve has always told them what he would like to be spoken about himself by his kids and his students: “I really knew that Cat Daddy (Steve’s nickname) loved me and cared about me.”
Watching his son Andrew Baxter play on the Pearce High School basketball team for example, was a wonderful time in Steve’s life.

Andrew Baxter enjoys the new challenges of college . He loves meeting class mates from other states. Andrew is appreciative for the successes of high school, appreciative of his popularity socially and accomplishments athletically.
